Discontinued Beauty Supply accepts returns in accordance with the return policy guidelines outlined below.

It is our desire for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We trust that you choose your products carefully. All of the products for sale on our website are name brand.

We assume that if you place an order with us you have done your research and carefully selected the products you ordered. We are always here to help you select products that are right for you if you are unsure.

Before purchasing, carefully review the product description to be sure that you are interested in purchasing the product.

If we sent you a product you did not order by our mistake, contact us Toll Free at (1-877-433-4289) so we will resolve the problem for you. If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the order arriving to you.

We provide no cash refunds or charge card credits for unauthorized items returned to us. All merchandise being returned must be authorized before you return it, and must be arranged within 3 business days of receiving your order. Merchandise being returned must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. All original shipping and handling costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Returned products will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays return charges. Charges credited back once return of product is received and there are no damages to products. Refund will be given as Money Back.

We reserve the right to substitute a listed product for one of a different size. We will always make these substitutions on the side of the customers best interest. If there is any question in our mind about the substitute we will either call or e-mail you for an opinion.

We cannot accept any returns for items which are not factory sealed due to State, Federal and Local Health Laws and Concerns. Purchased item must be returned within 7 days after the buyer receives it at buyers expense.

If you cancel an order that has been already processed and/or shipped, we do not refund shipping and there is a 20% restocking fee on your order. Unauthorized returns become the property of Discontinued Beauty Supply and will be disposed of. Products on our website are priced per each unless otherwise stated. If you are unsure what a product price is, please contact us before you pay. Returns of shipped merchandise are not accepted for price reasons alone. View your cart total, product price/quantity/size before you pay. We recommend price comparison shopping before you order. Any Special Order that we have special ordered for a specific customer cannot be returned.
